- •Secure alignment for standards across business departments
- •Coordinate master data cleansing and migration readiness
- •Align ERP functions with other business systems
- •Enforce standard design principles to prevent customization
- •Coordinate with vendors and technical SMEs
- •Participate in governance forums and report progress
