- Drive redesign of business rules for clear, consistent, scalable systems
- Define target system standards (master data, hierarchies, values)
- Establish configuration guardrails to simplify complexity
- Translate future-state business processes into system requirements
- Ensure master data supports critical workflows
- Document future-state systems standards framework
- Support ERP and System Integrator (SI) RFP
- Guide system design, configuration, testing, and readiness
- Secure alignment and support for system standards
- Engage GPOs, I&D teams, and business departments
- Coordinate business activities for master data cleansing
- Coordinate business activities for transformation rules
- Coordinate business activities for migration readiness
- Coordinate business activities for integration considerations
- Ensure functional and process alignment between ERP and other systems
- Collaborate with I&D to support integration
- Maintain business ownership of standards
- Enforce system guardrails to prevent unnecessary customization
- Uphold standard design principles
- Coordinate with vendors, IT, and technical SMEs
- Ensure system decisions follow business standards
- Ensure system decisions follow architectural guardrails
- Participate in governance forums
- Report progress to BORA Transformation Lead
