- •Assess network expansion and capability needs
- •Guarantee adherence to aviation safety standards
- •Lead and coach 24/7 operations teams
- •Set sales and margin targets
- •Manage quoting, invoicing, and financial closure
- •Partner with engineering and supply chain functions
- •Champion process improvements and digital tools
