- Represent the Bank in court proceedings
- Structure, draft, and negotiate contracts
- Focus on securities trading documentation
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal aspects
- Guide on innovative banking services and new technologies
- Provide strategic, risk-based, business-oriented solutions
- Prepare legal research on banking and financial law
- Monitor regulatory changes
- Draft, implement, and review internal policies and procedures
