- Oversee post-merger integration processes and filing procedures
- Lead antitrust investigations and update senior management
- Develop and implement antitrust investigation strategies
- Guide local legal teams on competition law and compliance
- Develop best practices for competition law matters
- Advise on international trade law and risk mitigation
- Conduct training sessions on competition and trade law
