Tasks
- Provide timely, practical legal counsel
- Draft and review commercial agreements
- Support governance and subsidiary legal needs
- Update legal frameworks for e-commerce
- Manage global product liability claims
- Handle intellectual property matters
- Advise on data protection and GDPR compliance
- Coordinate corporate secretarial activities
- Maintain relationships with external legal counsels
- Manage disputes and transactional matters
- Partner with Compliance on regulatory issues
- Supervise contract management systems
- Identify and manage legal risks
Work Experience

- Vocational certification
