Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Background in Business Administration welcome
- Distinguished track record in senior engineering or manufacturing capacity
- Deep, hands-on experience bringing new manufacturing sites to life
- Second to none project management skills
- Experience leading large-scale, international capital projects
- PMP certification strong plus
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent application of Lean methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Master troubleshooter
- Expert-level problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach to overcoming obstacles

Tasks
- Own new factory builds from site selection to production
- Drive strategic nearshoring initiative for Lightspray™ hubs
- Translate Lightspray™ blueprint into site specifications
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Align cross-functional teams on technical requirements
- Serve as technical leader during construction and commissioning
- Identify and resolve engineering and logistical roadblocks
- Build partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Ensure on-time, in-full delivery of production capabilities
- Uphold quality, sustainability, and operational standards
