Requirements
- •5+ years experience in relevant business and technology areas
- •Proven experience as a Computer Security Specialist or Engineer
- •In-depth understanding of vulnerabilities management systems and security applications
- •Familiarity with security frameworks and risk management methodologies
- •Proven experience with network security components such as Firewalls and IDS/IPS systems
- •Excellent understanding of security requirements for IT and OT infrastructures
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- •BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- •Familiarity with public-key infrastructure and cryptographic protocols
- •Experience in driving or supporting an ISO 2700x certification roadmap
- •Ability to work collaboratively with IT and operational stakeholders
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Demonstrated experience in facilitating processes with cross-functional stakeholders
- •Professional certification is a plus
- •German and/or Mandarin communication skills are a plus

- •Provide leadership in developing IT security solutions
- •Support the Information Security Manager in assessing cybersecurity program effectiveness
- •Identify strengths and weaknesses in infrastructure and applications
- •Suggest additional security requirements for the organization
- •Analyze network and subsystems for vulnerabilities
- •Monitor and maintain existing security infrastructure
- •Fine-tune Endpoint Security and Next Generation Firewall
- •Plan and integrate Microsoft 365 and update AD infrastructure
- •Troubleshoot Active Directory issues
- •Serve as Project Manager for cybersecurity projects
- •Monitor overall security posture with external SOC
- •Develop Contingency Plans with the Information Security Manager
