Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Senior IT Project Manager
• Banking, Pricing, or Revenue experience (advantageous)
• Readiness and motivation to learn Pricing solutions
• Mandatory project and program lead experience
• Tactical and strategic operational ability
• Proficiency with agile tools
• Self-motivated, communicative, and independent personality
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Analytical mindset and commitment to improvement
• High emotional intelligence and influence skills
• Good English and German skills (advantageous)

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end delivery of pricing workstreams
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Define and maintain integrated project plans
• Track milestones and manage project dependencies
• Coordinate activities across distributed development teams
• Organize and chair regular delivery meetings
• Lead status reviews and steering committee sessions
• Implement risk and issue management processes
• Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery blockers
• Prepare progress reports and financial dashboards
• Present project overviews to senior leadership
• Coordinate integration of data flows and APIs
• Collaborate with agile teams and application owners
• Facilitate change control and impact assessment processes
• Support business acceptance testing and operational transitions
• Supervise iterative development cycles and agile teams
• Ensure compliance with architectural and release guidelines
• Maintain traceability from requirements to delivered features
• Oversee cost modeling and simulation logic components
