Requirements

  • •Extensive experience as a data analyst/BI specialist in SAP HANA
  • •Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere, SAP ERP (S/4), SAP Analytics Cloud, and ETL tools
  • •Experience in data modeling, SQLScript, and performance optimization
  • •Understanding of SAP S4 data structures (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP)
  • •Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • •Hands on experience in Project Management
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus
  • •Team player with a structured, independent work style
  • •Degree in business IT, data science, or similar is a nice to have
  • •Experience with OneStream, Salesforce TableauNext, PowerBI would be a plus

Bachelor's degree

  • •Analyze and visualize business data
  • •Develop, optimize, and maintain SAP HANA models
  • •Create reporting solutions
  • •Integrate data from ERP, CRM, and finance systems
  • •Create dashboards and KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud
  • •Explore new BI tools
  • •Lead or support BI and digital transformation projects
  • •Ensure data quality and governance compliance
  • •Provide 2nd/3rd level support to business users
  • •Train business users on data tools
  • •Document data flows, models, and methodologies
