Requirements

  • •5 years experience in fund accounting, controlling, or auditing
  • •Certified Public Accountant (preferred)
  • •Detail orientation, accounting, and analytical skills
  • •Ability to integrate into international teams
  • •Passion for creating positive impact
  • •Responsible, accountable, and hands-on attitude
  • •Fluency in German, English, Italian, or French
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • •Oversee Net Asset Value and German investor reporting
  • •Ensure timely delivery to clients and stakeholders
  • •Review and sign off team members' work
  • •Support the coordination of audits
  • •Coordinate investment controlling activities with global teams
  • •Build relationships across internal teams and stakeholders
  • •Supervise work performed by internal and external service providers
  • •Facilitate information flow between internal departments
  • •Provide technical advice and knowledge to the team
  • •Improve and enforce controls and processes
  • •Contribute to various enhancement and strategic projects
