Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in social media intelligence or digital analysis
- Adeptness in using Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Snowflake, and Power BI
- Preferred experience in Tableau, Data Studio, or Python
- Proven abilities in measurement, critical thinking, and decision-making
- Skill to interpret multi-market and multilingual social intelligence data
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful stories
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Additional fluency in German considered a vital asset
Tasks

- Derive insights from social and audience data
- Build a single source of truth for communications
- Explore measurement approaches for GEO
- Improve visibility in AI-driven search environments
- Partner with Internal Communications for alignment
- Coach colleagues on data-driven decision-making
- Foster a culture of technical excellence
