Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience with creator campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • •Skill in fee negotiations and handling legal aspects
  • •Ability to create precise creator briefs and review content in line with brand guidelines
  • •Experience in tracking setups and interpreting performance dashboards
  • •Business fluent in both German and English
  • •Existing relationships with creators, managements, and/or agencies
  • •Experience with social listening tools or creator databases (e.g., Kolsquare, Storyclash)

  • •Execute high-impact influencer campaigns for Taxfix and Steuerbot
  • •Manage external creators and agencies
  • •Build a scalable creator pipeline across multiple markets
  • •Improve reporting systems for influencer marketing
  • •Automate core processes to drive efficiency
  • •Integrate AI tools for content analysis and performance forecasting
  • •Create a test-and-learn culture within the team
  • •Establish solid campaign performances for six high-performing influencer campaigns annually
