Tasks
- Administer Azure Active Directory
- Stage new laptops using Intune
- Provide 1st and 2nd-level user support
- Monitor backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Implement and manage Veeam, Acronis, and Mount10
- Oversee IT asset management
- Develop and maintain the ticketing system
- Handle Unifi Network Administration
- Administer Windows Server services
- Use MS Dynamics for business processes
- Maintain Intune for mobile devices
- Support O365 applications
- Perform network patch management
- Manage IT device decommissioning and repairs
- Handle employee on/offboarding IT tasks
- Use Trackwise for operational workflows
- Support IT projects hands-on
