Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
  • Work experience in managing multiple manufacturing sites
  • Previous roles in large global matrixed Fortune 500 organization
  • Successful track record of implementing HR programs
  • Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday, Kronos) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Regular travel required between different sites in France and Switzerland
  • Results-oriented approach and strong influencing skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset and critical thinking
  • Flexibility and adaptability to industry changes
