Requirements
- Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences or related field
- Strong clinical and scientific knowledge

- Willingness and ability to travel regularly

- Prior experience in oncology, hematology or related therapy areas

- Project management or budget management experience

Tasks
- Lead and coordinate local medical research activities
- Ensure clinical studies meet regulatory standards and company goals
- Manage internal and external partners for quality, timelines, and budget
- Develop regional omnichannel engagement plans
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with global and local stakeholders
- Plan and run regional medical activities
- Generate high-impact data for clinical trials
- Mentor and support junior medical colleagues
