Requirements

• •5+ years of experience managing social channels
• •Understanding of culture and social-first storytelling
• •Experience managing or leading Instagram channels
• •Creativity and strategic thinking
• •Experience collaborating with creators and agencies
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• •Organised, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• •Comfortable with CapCut, Canva, or lo-fi content creation

Tasks

• •Monitor emerging trends and internet conversations
• •Lead real-time content ideation and execution
• •Collaborate with creators, copywriters, and designers
• •Own Instagram as Channel Manager
• •Curate the Instagram feed, stories, and Reels
• •Define editorial direction and visual aesthetic
• •Ensure content is platform-native and aligned with brand standards
• •Craft platform-native social formats for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• •Create clear briefs, social copy, and lo-fi mockups
• •Stay organized across multiple fast-moving projects
• •Manage cross-functional stakeholders for clarity and alignment
• •Use social listening and performance insights to evaluate content relevance
