Architecting the Orion GenAI Platform for life sciences and healthcare. Deep knowledge of transformer architectures, LLMs, RAG essential. Azure cloud environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing robust software architectures for large-scale platforms
  • Strong understanding of software development and delivery best practices, including CI/CD, version control, testing
  • Deep knowledge of Generative AI (transformer architectures, embedding models, LLMs, RAG, AI agents)
  • Solid background in data and machine learning engineering (Databricks experience a plus)
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
  • Expertise in advanced Python programming for AI models and applications
  • Proficiency in web development technologies (particularly JavaScript)
  • Experience with parallel processing and GPU/CUDA programming (nice-to-have)
  • Master's Degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 8 years of software engineering experience, relevant AI experience with GenAI focus

  • Ensure scalable and efficient GenAI product deployment
  • Accelerate GenAI product development and delivery
  • Develop and enforce standardized technology stacks
  • Develop and enforce best practices
  • Ensure consistency and quality across projects
  • Provide standard components and tools
  • Enable rapid innovation for application teams
  • Abstract and manage complex technical challenges
  • Enable teams to focus on application functionality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Understand team needs
  • Integrate GenAI solutions seamlessly
