Requirements

  • •4+ years of production experience as a backend or fullstack engineer
  • •Expertise in JavaScript and Node.js internals
  • •Proven track record in designing and shipping complete backend services
  • •Strong production experience with modern Node.js frameworks
  • •Advanced PostgreSQL skills
  • •Strong React + TypeScript frontend background
  • •Docker-native and comfortable with CI/CD
  • •Obsessed with clean, simple, heavily documented code
  • •Excellent at algorithms and data structures
  • •Startup mindset and versatility in roles
  • •Deep care about business impact
  • •Bonus: Web3 experience or working knowledge of Go/Python
