Requirements

  • 3+ years mid-level or 5+ years senior professional software experience
  • Strong React and TypeScript skills
  • UX craftsmanship
  • Backend experience with APIs
  • Backend experience with data modelling
  • Backend experience with SQL databases
  • Comfortable shipping Fullstack features end-to-end
  • Daily use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills (plus)

  • Build and ship end-to-end service workflows
  • Expand service offering into new European markets
  • Adapt to local regulations and requirements
  • Ship polished React UIs
  • Develop interaction-heavy workflows with strong UX
  • Integrate AI models to automate service fulfilment
  • Automate document generation
  • Automate form pre-filling
  • Automate validation
  • Build APIs to connect service data
  • Partner with Design and Product teams
  • Deliver features at speed
