Description

In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to design and implement full-stack features, influence architectural decisions, and mentor fellow engineers, all while driving the technical vision of the web products.

Requirements

• •Minimum 6 years of experience in full-stack development
• •Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
• •Expertise in React, CSS, frontend frameworks, and API design (GraphQL or REST)
• •Experience leading technical initiatives or owning complex features/services end-to-end
• •Experience mentoring junior engineers or acting as a technical lead within a team
• •Deep familiarity with continuous integration practices and testing methodologies
• •Commitment to writing clean, secure, well-structured, and well-tested code
• •Strong working knowledge of relational databases
• •Effective communication and teamwork skills
• •Creative problem-solving abilities
• •Comfort working with ambiguity
• •Ability to translate designs into polished, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces

Tasks

• •Lead the design and implementation of full-stack features
• •Maintain full-stack functionalities in the web app
• •Collaborate with the team to design solutions and tackle complex problems
• •Implement high-impact features for the platform
• •Shape the technical architecture and DevOps processes
• •Define technical requirements and partner with Product and Design
• •Prioritize and shape the product roadmap
• •Mentor and support fellow engineers with design and debugging
• •Own initiatives from discovery to production monitoring
