- Optimize state management patterns.
- Enhance performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product and Design during discovery.
- Challenge product and design assumptions.
- Balance user experience, feasibility, and speed in solutions.
- Monitor and optimize production performance and user experience.
- Improve feature impact using metrics, logs, and analytics.
- Support Design System and shared component improvements.
- Mentor engineers through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
