- Spearhead visual concepts for footwear collections
- Create 2D/3D digital assets for running and bike footwear
- Conduct trend research and product development
- Develop compelling sketches and design renderings
- Coordinate resources for cohesive design direction
- Gather insights through observation and product testing
- Work closely with athletes and end users
- Ensure designs meet real-world performance needs
- Align footwear with apparel and socks
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Engineers
- Create cohesive collection overviews and colorways
- Stay updated on new technologies and manufacturing techniques
- Implement new technologies in future products
- Develop innovative technology platforms
- Collaborate with Designers for better toolbox solutions
- Introduce new construction techniques and features
