- Work with DSOs and business stakeholders to enhance IT service excellence
- Unlock value from digital transformation initiatives
- Accelerate transformation of Energy Networks through digital platforms
- Shape and implement IT service excellence strategy
- Drive evolution of digital business platforms
- Lead the Expert Team in Energy Networks Digital & IT Leadership
- Structure and moderate meetings with the PMO expert
- Contribute strategic concepts and recommendations
- Manage cross-functional teams for successful initiative delivery
- Define and steer standardization and optimization decisions
- Act as a trusted expert and ambassador for Digital & IT
- Participate in internal and external strategic dialogues and presentations
