- Experience working with global process managers and cross-functional governance structures
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in international environment

Tasks
- Shape the future of HR at Bilfinger
- Drive global transformation and innovation
- Define and execute the Global HR & HSEQ Processes & Systems Framework
- Ensure consistency across all regions
- Develop the Global HR & HSEQ process strategy
- Translate strategy into system requirements for HCM architecture
- Ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and positive employee experience
- Act as Global Process Lead for HR
- Own end-to-end HR processes and the HR Governance Framework
- Support design, standardization, and harmonization of HR & HSEQ processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection
- Partner with Shared Services to build scalable and efficient processes
- Support definition and monitoring of process KPIs
- Deliver actionable insights and updates to senior leadership
- Partner with Group IT to improve and develop HCM architecture
- Drive automation and innovation in HR & HSEQ IT systems
- Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity compliance
- Prepare business cases for strategic investments and cost optimizations
- Lead global change initiatives
- Implement effective communication and training strategies
- Foster a culture of operational excellence through feedback loops and benchmarking
