Requirements

  • Strong Master Data experience in SAP R3 or S4 Hana and MS Office
  • Significant working experience in Supply Chain in a Manufacturing Site
  • Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a GMP environment
  • Certification in APICS and/or CPIM
  • Adaptability in a project environment and fast changing business
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Conceptual and strategic thinking mindset

Tasks

  • Manage Master Data Setup in SAP R3 for multiple filling lines
  • Design and modify BOMs, Recipes, resources, COA Profiles, Inspection Plans, and Inspection Characteristics in SAP
  • Improve processes and update SOPs for new part setup and BOM creation
  • Create and maintain part codes in SAP (Material Master)
  • Implement required changes within the SAP system
  • Design, prepare, and write master data governance documents and process descriptions
  • Track master data KPIs and implement corrective actions

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
