- 4+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong value-based selling skills
- Business case development skills
- Experience in partner-led selling
- Experience in co-selling environments
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Structured approach
- Self-driven
- Comfortable selling complex platform solutions
- Consistently winning enterprise logos
- Platform-level strategic positioning
- Driving multi-product adoption
- Acting as reference seller for DXP value selling
Tasks
- Secure net-new enterprise logos
- Drive strategic platform expansion in DACH
- Position Ibexa DXP as a strategic orchestration layer
- Guide enterprise accounts toward a unified platform vision
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Lead value-based conversations with executives
- Position Ibexa as a strategic partner
- Lead multi-stakeholder deals across DXP/CMS, Cloud, Data & Personalisation, PIM, and Integration
- Position Ibexa One as the unified orchestration layer
- Co-sell with agencies and system integrators
- Drive joint opportunities with partners
- Identify growth opportunities within existing customers
- Expand platform adoption and use cases
