- Implement and monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Utilize ManageEngine or Microsoft Endpoint Manager for administration
- Automate and manage patching and compliance processes
- Develop documentation for endpoint configurations and standards
- Design dashboards to monitor endpoint health and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related incidents
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
