- Balance Wholesale and DtC for consistent consumer experience
- Influence EMEA Leadership and Global Product partners
- Expand On’s apparel and footwear business in EMEA
- Identify commercial opportunities for diverse consumer segments
- Translate market insights into merchandising strategy
- Define pricing strategy for European markets
- Maintain brand desirability and credibility
- Serve as link between Sales, DtC, Marketing, and Operations
- Define commercial and GTM narrative
- Direct sophisticated forecasting process
- Ensure long-term brand health and inventory efficiency
- Deliver accurate seasonal forecasts
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain
- Ensure timely and accurate product delivery
