  • Overseeing complex, multi-category brand portfolio
  • Architecting long-term strategic plans (5-year horizon)
  • Aligning C-suite, regional presidents, and cross-functional leadership
  • Executive-level presence and exceptional presentation skills
  • Presenting strategy, performance, and organizational recommendations to large audiences
  • High intellectual curiosity and strategic mind
  • Defining simple, executable frameworks for global teams

Tasks

  • Partner with Creative Director to inspire teams and champion culture
  • Guard Apparel brand portfolio and strategic direction
  • Align Marketing efforts with On priorities
  • Define and lead brand strategy for Apparel
  • Oversee complex strategic initiatives
  • Drive high-level decisions and act as decision maker
  • Collaborate with C-suite and senior leadership
  • Ensure synergies across product categories, marketing channels, and regions
  • Elevate global On brand by architecting structure and leading talent
  • Define long-term architecture for Apparel Brand Management
  • Secure C-suite and regional Managing Directors' buy-in on brand strategy
  • Prioritize high-value brand initiatives for sustainable growth
  • Coach and mentor Apparel Brand team
  • Architect global operating model for Apparel Brand management
  • Communicate brand strategy, performance, and talent needs to Executive Leadership
  • Establish and mandate KPIs and metrics for brand success
  • Drive culture of measurement for strategic shifts
