Requirements
- Deep understanding of biotech landscape and oncology treatment structures, preferably in major European markets
- Strong track record of leadership in marketing, commercial development, and product planning
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, MD, PharmD or equivalent) in biotechnology, life sciences, or business administration
- 12+ years experience in biotech/pharma industry (market development, marketing, product planning, or commercial strategy) with oncology focus
- Experience launching and commercializing products in European markets, preferably major markets
- Track record supporting Market Access in European/national HTA and reimbursement processes (e.g. JCA, AMNOG, HAS, AIFA) (asset)
- Experience in field-based position and/or managing Sales Force teams
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills, and project management capabilities
- Excellent communication, customer interaction, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and work with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to develop/maintain relationships with KOLs and scientific societies
- Experience in fast-paced, innovative, clinical-stage biotech organizations
- Ability to translate scientific understanding and customer insights into strategies
- Willingness to travel internationally

- Oversee planning and execution of new European product launches.

- Implement local physician and patient insights into strategy.
- Collaborate with Regulatory and Market Access for launch execution.
- Facilitate HTA and national reimbursement processes.
- Support Market Access Europe with Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA).
- Provide strategic input to global strategy and projects.
- Contribute strategically to regional and national commercial, medical, clinical, and regulatory projects.
- Lead identification and evaluation of new European market opportunities.
- Focus on medicines for lung cancer patients.
- Develop and execute market development strategies for European expansion.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive assessments.

- Develop integrated brand plans, marketing strategy, and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Develop regional tools and projects for country support.

- Engage with KOLs to gather insights.
- Validate launch plans with KOLs.
- Support market development activities with KOLs.
- Enhance company's scientific and commercial credibility in Europe.
- Report marketing and commercialization progress.
- Update senior management and global teams.
- Include milestones, challenges, and opportunities in reports.
