Requirements

  • •Degree in marketing, business, engineering, health IT, or similar
  • •10–15+ years of experience in downstream marketing in medtech, digital health, or software
  • •At least 5 years of leadership experience with senior marketing teams
  • •Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • •Deep understanding of imaging, OR integration, or digital software ecosystems
  • •Experience with software lifecycle marketing, SaaS, or hybrid hardware-software platforms
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level
  • •High conflict resolution skills and integrative working style
  • •Ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • •Strong ability to anticipate complex market movements and trends
  • •International mindset and fluent English; other languages an advantage
