Requirements

  • •15+ years of Finance and Finance Planning experience
  • •10 years’ experience in the global biopharmaceutical industry
  • •Proven ability to build FP&A capabilities and management P&L structures
  • •Strong strategic mindset and attention to detail
  • •Advanced mastery of data analytics and financial modelling
  • •Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed global organization
  • •Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • •Passion for developing talent and building scalable finance organizations

Tasks

  • •Build the European FP&A infrastructure
  • •Design and implement a robust FP&A operating model
  • •Create and manage European management P&L structures
  • •Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • •Ensure transparency in the European OpEx budget
  • •Partner with Global FP&A for harmonized planning processes
  • •Serve as a key lead on financial systems and planning tool implementations
  • •Oversee financial reviews of Europe-related contracts
  • •Collaborate with Accounting on management reporting
  • •Act as a strategic finance partner to European business leaders
  • •Analyze and communicate financial performance and trends
  • •Provide insights on Actuals vs. Budget / Forecast
  • •Partner with Commercial & Analytics teams for market research
  • •Establish a partnership with the Finance & Accounting Sr. Director
  • •Identify opportunities to enhance FP&A processes
  • •Provide financial leadership on strategic initiatives
  • •Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
  • •Partner with General and Country Managers on financial processes
  • •Develop financial training programs for stakeholders
  • •Evaluate European business planning organizational structure
  • •Promote collaboration and transparency within the organization
