Requirements
- •6–8 years in digital marketing
- •Fluency in ad platforms (Meta/Google/TikTok/Pinterest), GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- •Strong dashboarding skills (Looker Studio required; Power BI/Tableau a plus)
- •Proven experience building KPI frameworks and content tagging/taxonomies
- •Ability to educate and influence clients
- •Cross-disciplinary collaboration with strategy, creative, and design
- •Familiarity with UX/CRO practices and landing-page diagnostics
- •Curiosity and experiment-mindedness
- •Awareness of platform and privacy changes
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills
- •Fluency in German and English
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
- •Consult and educate clients on their performance journey
- •Build channel mixes and media plans tied to clear KPIs
- •Run structured A/B tests and provide insights to strategy and creative teams
- •Manage budgets and vendor relationships for integrated programs
- •Own social and content analytics for organic content and owned web
- •Define KPI frameworks, content taxonomies, and benchmarks
- •Build and maintain automated dashboards with regular reporting
- •Establish and enforce data hygiene standards and practices
- •Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- •Run and evaluate experiments beyond paid campaigns
- •Create reporting templates and continuously improve performance communication
- •Co-shape creative content strategy with strategy and creative teams
- •Develop insights-driven briefs and editorial guidance for organic social
- •Contribute to email and CRM lifecycle work as needed
- •Partner with UX/design on data-informed wireframes and flows
