Requirements

  • Significant prior experience in Core Java
  • Experience with Database Technologies (e.g. SQL, Hibernate, NoSQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience in micro-service architectures
  • Practical experience with build tools (e.g. Maven, Gradle)
  • Experience with version control (e.g. Git)
  • Experience with continuous integration systems (e.g. GH Actions, Teamcity, Jenkins)
  • Experience in building cloud based applications is a plus
  • Experience in building large scale REST APIs in Java is a plus
  • Good understanding of version control processes (e.g. Git)
  • Good understanding of build processes (e.g. Maven, Gradle)
  • Good understanding of continuous integration systems (e.g. Teamcity, Jenkins)
  • Good understanding of CI/CD processes
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • German language knowledge would be a plus

Tasks

  • Build shared platform architecture for applications.
  • Design and develop applications using Java.
  • Implement cloud-based high availability solutions.
  • Promote modern engineering practices and Agile methodology.
  • Engage with stakeholders to implement requirements.
