Requirements
- •2–5 years experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain management
- •Preferred e-commerce experience
- •Understanding of inventory KPIs and replenishment models
- •Ability to communicate with commercial and operational teams
- •Strong Excel or spreadsheet modeling skills
- •First formal experience in SQL
- •Understanding of Regression techniques as a plus
- •English language proficiency

Tasks
- •Track projected inventory by country, brand, and category
- •Refine the six-month rolling forecast using historical trends
- •Monitor and improve forecast accuracy
- •Trigger replenishment orders based on stock targets
- •Maintain reorder points and safety stock levels
- •Provide demand insights during S&OP meetings
- •Run scenario planning for demand surges or supply delays
- •Manage risks related to promotional changes
