Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, digital business management, data science, or comparable field of study
  • Ideally, certifications such as Azure Data Engineer, Azure Architect, Databricks Certified Data Engineer / Architect, or Terraform Associatet
  • Several years of work experience as a Data Engineer in an industrial environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Databricks and Microsoft Azure
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Enjoyment of contributing expertise to cross-functional collaboration

  • Build scalable data pipelines using Azure and Databricks
  • Operate scalable data pipelines using Azure and Databricks
  • Optimize scalable data pipelines using Azure and Databricks
  • Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions
  • Operate infrastructure-as-code solutions
  • Implement dbt-based transformations
  • Meet security and compliance requirements
  • Optimize pipeline performance
  • Optimize pipeline resource consumption
  • Optimize pipeline costs
  • Create data platform for industrial analytics, automation, and AI

  • approx. 4 - 6 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
