Requirements

  • Proven experience in data consulting
  • Hands-on expertise in Databricks
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Deep knowledge of Spark (PySpark/Scala)
  • Knowledge of Delta Lake and MLflow
  • Strong programming skills in Python or Scala
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
  • Solid understanding of data modeling
  • Understanding of distributed computing
  • Performance optimization in cloud environments
  • Experience advising enterprise clients
  • Experience with data modernization projects
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical solutions
  • Professional proficiency in German
  • Professional proficiency in English (C1 level)

Tasks

  • Advise clients on scalable data architecture design.
  • Translate business requirements into data strategies.
  • Design and optimize data pipelines for analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality and governance best practices.
  • Support pre-sales by identifying client needs.
  • Mentor junior consultants in data consulting.
  • Stay updated on cloud data technologies and trends.
