- Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities
- Skilled at working with global audiences and cross-cultural campaigns
- Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Collaborative communicator with leadership experience
- Fluency in English with extra points for additional languages
Tasks
- Define and lead the customer lifecycle strategy
- Deliver seamless engagement across all lifecycle campaigns
- Collaborate with partners to enhance engagement through CRM
- Set clear KPIs and report results to leadership
- Lead the selection and setup of customer lifecycle tools
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Partner with finance to model ROI and justify investments
- Architect and streamline cross-functional processes
- Foster a culture of testing and learning with A/B frameworks
- Build targeted customer journeys and segmentation strategies
- Iterate rapidly and measure outcomes of initiatives
- Grow and mentor a high-performing lifecycle marketing team
