Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree preferred
  • •Completed further relevant professional education
  • •US CPA preferred
  • •2 to 5 years of experience in audit
  • •Experience with US GAAP and PCAOB
  • •Experience with SOX and SEC
  • •Experience with US capital market transactions
  • •Advisory experience with capital markets transactions
  • •Experience with SOX 404 process and controls
  • •IFRS knowledge is a plus
  • •Proven track record in managing teams
  • •Strong risk management knowledge
  • •Technical writing skills
  • •Proactive and flexible mindset
  • •Team-oriented from concept to implementation
  • •Ability to build internal and external networks
  • •Strong English skills required
  • •German and French are a plus

Tasks

  • •Collaborate with leadership to develop client strategies.
  • •Work with service lines to provide integrated delivery.
  • •Support and deliver US GAAP FAAS projects.
  • •Deliver SOX 404 advisory services for transactions.
  • •Participate in implementing ESG disclosure requirements.
  • •Understand client needs to develop clear deliverables.
  • •Coach local and offshore colleagues with initiative.
  • •Ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulations.
  • •Engage in developing new FAAS project opportunities.
  • •Understand client needs from transactions to compliance.
