Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, finance, architecture, engineering, or related field
  • •2–5 years of professional experience in real estate brokerage and transaction management
  • •Effective networking skills with established professional network in real estate
  • •Structured, detail-oriented, and holistic thinking
  • •Excellent teamwork, high commitment, and flexibility
  • •Fluency in German with excellent command of French and English

  • •Support the Geneva team in transaction processes from Zurich
  • •Create pitches, contracts, and sales documentation
  • •Manage projects throughout the entire real estate project cycle
  • •Conduct market and location analysis of properties and portfolios
  • •Advise on project developments in real estate
  • •Develop marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing department
  • •Expand and maintain client relationships
  • •Participate in trade fairs and client events
  • •Cross-sell services to other departments within JBRE and Julius Baer
