Requirements
- MSc or PhD in data science, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, or engineering
- Interest and experience in AI domains (Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, ML)
- Familiarity with programming paradigms, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, C#, Java or similar
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Palantir Foundry, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric
- Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack, especially Azure services
- Flexible and proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform in collaborative, cross-functional team environments
- Full professional proficiency in English and German or French
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
Tasks
- Design AI-driven solutions for financial services clients
- Focus on Agentic AI and intelligent automation
- Enable AI capabilities and data engineering
- Develop scalable applications
- Translate business needs into technical architecture
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance
- Prepare client proposals
- Support internal strategic initiatives
- Share knowledge within the Technology Consulting team
- Collaborate with local and international EY teams
- Deliver high-impact client solutions
