- Client-oriented attitude
- Ability and willingness to travel to client site

- Work on M&A and strategy projects focused on technology
- Conduct IT due diligence
- Drive value creation and strategy projects
- Design IT operating models
- Develop IT integration and separation blueprints
- Define and agree IT TSAs
- Design IT day-1 and day-100 plans
- Assess technical information and financials
- Provide recommendations for transformation and execution
- Develop plans to transform and execute
- Implement client recommendations with project teams
- Execute client recommendations with project teams
- Assist with business origination
- Assist with people initiatives, such as recruiting
- Maintain professional client relationships
