In this role, you will navigate the complexities of governance and compliance while leading project teams and conducting security assessments. Your expertise will help shape incident management strategies and support critical business continuity efforts.

Requirements

• •Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable field with focus on IT security
• •At least 4–7 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, IT security, or compliance
• •Practical knowledge of common security standards and frameworks such as ISO 2700x, NIS2, DORA, SOC 2, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST, or COBIT
• •Solid expertise in risk management and experience in implementing GRC concepts and related measures
• •Ability to design and implement incident management and business continuity processes
• •Experience in leading small teams and coordinating interdisciplinary projects
• •Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and confidence when interacting with clients and stakeholders
• •Excellent German and English skills (at least C1) and willingness to travel nationwide

Tasks

• •Advise on standards and regulations like ISO 27001 and SOC 2
• •Support certification processes and audits
• •Design and manage incident management plans
• •Establish and execute business continuity concepts
• •Coordinate collaboration among stakeholders during incidents
• •Plan and conduct security evaluations and audits
• •Document findings in detailed reports for management and clients
• •Lead project teams in developing security concepts
• •Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on security projects
• •Create proposals and presentations to support sales
