Requirements

• •7+ years management consulting or professional services experience
• •Track record leading complex transformations and cross-functional teams
• •Experience delivering AI projects or related digital transformations
• •Grounding in project and change methodologies
• •Ability to bridge strategy and execution
• •Analytical and financial acumen
• •(Re)insurance expertise or financial services support experience
• •Operating model design and implementation experience (desirable)
• •Project portfolio management exposure (desirable)
• •Lean Six Sigma or process excellence background (desirable)
• •Project, change, or process management certifications (desirable)

Tasks

• •Translate complex business challenges into actionable solution approaches
• •Lead high-impact transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
• •Manage financial stewardship, milestone planning, and stakeholder alignment
• •Drive AI and digital transformation efforts with robust business cases
• •Oversee project scope, timelines, costs, risks, and dependencies
• •Embed AI capabilities into core underwriting and operational workflows
• •Collaborate across functions and regions to ensure sustainable solutions
• •Partner with tech leads to ensure timely delivery and alignment
• •Redesign operating models and processes to improve ways of working
• •Support underwriting teams during renewals to deepen business understanding
