Requirements
- •Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or revenue operations
- •Exposure to Customer Success teams or similar commercial functions
- •SQL working proficiency
- •Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with CS tools
- •Experience with BI tools
- •Fluency in written and spoken English
- •Technical and analytical skills
- •Impact-led project management skills
- •Business expertise
- •Collaborative communication skills
Work Experience
approx. 4 - 6 years
Tasks
- •Analyze customer usage, adoption, and engagement data
- •Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from data analysis
- •Package and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders
- •Design and maintain reliable dashboards for key CS metrics
- •Track metrics such as spend, NRR, churn, product adoption, and health scores
- •Ensure data quality and reporting integrity
- •Maintain reliable and consistent metrics for decision-making
- •Collaborate with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance
- •Align on customer KPIs and data definitions
- •Develop alerts and triggers for at-risk accounts and upsell opportunities
- •Build retention models and renewal forecasts
- •Support OKR tracking frameworks
- •Define and improve data processes and reporting standards
- •Establish best practices within the CS and data functions
