Requirements

• •Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or revenue operations
• •Exposure to Customer Success teams or similar commercial functions
• •SQL working proficiency
• •Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with CS tools
• •Experience with BI tools
• •Fluency in written and spoken English

Tasks

• •Analyze customer usage, adoption, and engagement data
• •Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from data analysis
• •Package and present actionable recommendations to senior leaders
• •Design and maintain reliable dashboards for key CS metrics
• •Track metrics such as spend, NRR, churn, product adoption, and health scores
• •Ensure data quality and reporting integrity
• •Maintain reliable and consistent metrics for decision-making
• •Collaborate with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance
• •Align on customer KPIs and data definitions
• •Develop alerts and triggers for at-risk accounts and upsell opportunities
• •Build retention models and renewal forecasts
• •Support OKR tracking frameworks
• •Define and improve data processes and reporting standards
• •Establish best practices within the CS and data functions
