- Contribute to the on-call rotation
- Maintain system health and performance
- Tackle reliability and performance bottlenecks
- Resolve critical bugs to evolve KTLO work
- Collaborate with Cloud, Product, and PM teams
- Support cross-functional projects with Support and Sales
- Partner with Customer Success and other engineering teams
- Lead strategic decisions on architecture and tooling
- Shape the evolution of the cloud platform
