Tasks
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Manage client accounts and ensure efficient work deployment
- Control fees and bonuses based on defined KPIs
- Process briefings and client requests independently
- Solve client problems and know when to involve a supervisor
- Understand clients' businesses and ensure maximum value from services
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic proposals
- Manage client communication plans, including timelines and budgets
- Oversee financial operations for smooth processes
- Support budget planning and forecasting for clients
- Follow guidance and respond to tasks for global clients
- Provide regular reports on client activities
- Assist in developing annual plans for account growth
- Collaborate across teams to drive business value
- Review plans to enhance margins and innovation
- Motivate the internal team to deliver high-quality work
- Cross-sell and up-sell services to clients
- Advise clients on comprehensive media strategies
- Guide clients through media landscape transformations
- Develop independent client strategies with confidence
- Present projects to clients with expertise
