Requirements

  • •More than 3 years of commercial experience in the energy sector
  • •Good understanding of trading, the energy market, and the energy transition
  • •Experience in managing complex projects and aligning stakeholder interests
  • •Strong commercial drive, excellent communication, and presentation skills
  • •Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • •Ability to work independently

  • •Drive the strategic agenda for BU Trading
  • •Analyze market changes to inform Trading's strategy
  • •Identify new business opportunities
  • •Develop business cases for new markets
  • •Facilitate growth initiatives and complex projects
  • •Steer and prioritize the project portfolio
  • •Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
  • •Oversee broker and exchange agreements
  • •Support negotiations on fees and contracts
  • •Coordinate internal efficiency and change initiatives
  • •Participate in the BU Trading Management Team
  • •Lead a team of 2 employees
  • •Monitor liquidity risk from physical and financial positions
  • •Take proactive measures with Trading Desks and Origination
