Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • •At least 2 years of professional experience in building backend systems with Python and solid knowledge of SQL Databases
  • •First experience building applications that leverage GenAI
  • •Solid foundations in Data Science and statistics
  • •Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data structures and algorithms
  • •Familiarity with web APIs (mostly REST)
  • •Performance issues as challenges
  • •Track record of getting features shipped for customer-facing applications
  • •Solid written communication in English; German not required but a plus
  • •Located in an EU country or Switzerland
  • •Fast learner with a resourceful and independent mindset
  • •Upbeat team player
  • •Knowledge of Django and/or Django Ninja
  • •Some experience with Kubernetes
  • •Cloud DevOps exposure (we're on GCP)
  • •Experience with Clickhouse is a plus

  • •Develop new features, including integrations with other apps
  • •Create new internal and public API endpoints
  • •Enable trend and statistic discovery in application data
  • •Infuse AI into various parts of the application
  • •Enhance the performance of endpoints handling large queries
  • •Improve the agent and chatbot functionality
  • •Fix bugs as they arise
